Shipping policy

Processing time All orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

UK delivery Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is £10.00. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days once dispatched.

EU delivery Standard international delivery to European Union countries is £30.00. The estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days once dispatched.

International delivery Standard international delivery to the US, Canada, Australia, and other countries is £30.00. The estimated delivery time is 7–14 working days once dispatched.

Packaging: All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All Catherine Hyde prints are shipped flat-packed in rigid mailers.

Customs and import duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Tracking: Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
