This print is a reproduction from Carol Ann Duffy’s wonderful fairytale ‘The Princess’ Blankets’ published by Templar. It is the first book I illustrated and I was given a lot of freedom to respond to the text in any way I chose. Each painting is a complete work but together they are a sequence moving from hot to cool and back to warmth and love.
