Published by Templar Publishing in the UK in 2010 and Candlewick Press in the US, the book won an Aesop Accolade from the American Folklore Society and a Best Book Award from the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio, and was nominated for the Kate Greenaway / Carnegie Illustration Award.
